Wellness Classes

Trekking: Lets get ready to run! If you are looking for a change of pace, this is the class for you! This class will be 45-minutes/1hour of pure endurance, skill, and intensity.

Level: intermediate to advanced
Note: Can modify for beginners

Cardio Interval: If you are looking for the next level of cardio challenge, don’t miss this class! This class is designed to combine a variety of cardio machines as well as levels of intensity. Guaranteed to be a favorite.

Level: beginner to advanced

Boot Camp: Dare to be disciplined in this intense 1-hour class set up with a variety of stations that will challenge you to dig deep and push hard!

Level: intermediate to advanced
Note: Can modify for beginners

Core: This dynamic 45-minute class will push you to your limit! It is set up to test your abs, obliques, and lower back strength.

Level: beginner to advanced

Stretch and Tone: Lets get pumped! This is a strength training and flexibility class designed for those, who don’t like to workout alone. So, buddy up! Bring a friend and get busy!!

Level: beginner to advanced

Turbo: A choreography based kickboxing class. The traditional punches and kicks put to upbeat and awesome music.

Level: beginner to advanced

Turbo Plus: A choreography based kickboxing class. The traditional punches and kicks put to upbeat and awesome music with core training.
